Porsche has unveiled its latest Cayenne GTS, featuring a powerful 368 kW twin-turbo V8 engine and refined chassis systems. With a focus on on-road performance, the GTS boasts adaptive air suspension, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus).

    More powerful V8

At the heart of the Cayenne GTS lies a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine, which has been revised for increased efficiency and performance. It now produces 368 kW and 660 Nm of torque (30 kW and 40 Nm more). Porsche says the engine delivers exhilarating performance, accentuated by a revised eight-speed Tiptronic S transmission with enhanced responsiveness.

This combination enables the Cayenne GTS to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds, with a top speed of 275 km/h. Notably, the transfer box features an independent water cooling circuit, ensuring stability under continuous load.

    Advanced chassis technology

The updated Cayenne GTS boasts a finely tuned chassis, featuring a 10-millimeter-lower ride height and adaptive air suspension, inclusive of Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus). These enhancements, along with Porsche Traction Management (PTM) and optional Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), ensure optimal on-road performance.

Incorporating two-valve damper technology and a two-chamber air suspension, Porsche says the GTS delivers agile cornering and exceptional handling dynamics. Notably, front axle pivot bearings from the Cayenne Turbo GT enhance negative camber, further improving agility.

    Styling

Distinguished by its sporty design elements, the Cayenne GTS features black ‘GTS’ lettering, a special front end with enlarged cooling air intakes, dark-tinted headlights and tail lights, and red brake calipers. High-Gloss Black body attachments and dark bronze-finished sports exhaust system tailpipes further enhance its aesthetic appeal.

    Interior

Equipped with the latest Porsche Driver Experience, the Cayenne GTS features a curved digital instrument cluster and optional passenger display. Further enhancing the driving experience, the Cayenne GTS includes a Bose® surround sound system and ambient lighting. The interior also comes with heated GT sports steering wheel, complemented by Race-Tex upholstery throughout the cabin. Additionally, alternative GTS-specific interior packages in Carmine Red or Slate Grey Neo provide customizable options.

For the Cayenne GTS Coupé, standard features include a fixed panoramic glass roof and an adaptive extending rear spoiler, with the option of a Sports exhaust system and lightweight sports packages for enhanced performance and agility.
