The folks at the Wolfsburg-based carmaker have their gorgeous I.D. Buggy concept at the Geneva Motor Show.

With no roof and doors, the I.D Buggy’s interior is entirely waterproof and some of the same Fern Green exterior accents carry over to the cabin.

It is fully-electric and power comes from a 62-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack and two axle-mounted motors. Total power output of 149 kW and 349 Nm of torque is sent to all four wheels.

According to VW, the I.D will sprint to 96km/h in 7.2 seconds, however, a single charge should be able to cover 249 km of driving range.

It rides on a set of 18-inch wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich All-Terrain TA tires (255/50 front, 285/60 rear). The flat aluminum underbody assures safe travel over rough terrain. And two red steel tow hooks embedded in the front bumper are there should the Buggy get stuck and need a tow.

Sadly, Volkswagen isn’t saying anything about selling it.
