    Mahindra TUV300 refreshed

By khulekani / on July 24th, 2020 / in Car News, featured

The Mahindra TUV300 has been updated. The new design features an updated front-end design and redesigned rear light cluster and rear spare wheel holder.

The most visible updates are at the front with where the TUV300 is fitted with a new-look grille, front headlamps, and new lower front bumper. The grille bears chrome-lined slats with chrome lining. On the lower bumper, the air inlet has been widened and Mahindra has added two squared-off fog lamps as standard. These lamps and the new front scuff plate are finished in a metallic grey.

On the side, the darkened theme continues with the TUV300 now featuring muscular black side cladding between the squared off wheel arches. At the back, Mahindra has redesigned the rear-mounted spare wheel cover to feature a stylish X-design and a rear spoiler as standard.

Inside the TUV300, new silver detailing around the air vents and main controls adds to the rugged interior theme.

    Power

The TUV300 is powered by Mahindra’s 1.5 mHawk turbo-diesel engine with 73.5 kW of power and 240 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a five speed manual gearbox.

The TUV300 is initially only available in the top specification T8 model at R254,999. Pricing includes a five-year / 90,000 km service plan and a 3 year / 100,000 km comprehensive mechanical warranty and Roadside Assistance Service.
