Meet the new Nissan Patrol NISMO which premiered globally through a virtual event hosted at Expo 2020 Dubai. The race-inspired Patrol combines striking exteriors with the refinement of a luxury car and the exhilarating performance of a sports car.

    Bold imposing design

The new Patrol NISMO is aligned with Nissan’s new design philosophy of being bold, energizing, human and alive. Up front, the Patrol NISMO features a new front-end with a honeycomb three-dimensional mesh that emphasizes the Patrol NISMO’s VMotion grille, along with new front lamps and horizontal chrome lines embellished with the NISMO emblem. The lower front bumper features vertical air inlets and a red coated front-splitter.

The sheer size of the Patrol NISMO is complimented by large two-tone 22-inch wheels, which have a cumulative wheel weight reduction of 4.5 kgs. Prominent features to the rear include a boot spoiler, a large bumper with gloss black and red accents, rear diffuser, and a F1-style brake light. Overall the exterior is aerodynamic, and has a butch and confident look.

The interior exude pure luxury and NISMO’s racing pedigree thanks to alcantara fabric with side leather, black alcantara steering wheel with red carbon fibre inserts and NISMO embossed headrests. Technology upgrades to the Patrol NISMO also include Apple CarPlay compatibility, wireless charging capability and USB ports including USB-A and USB-C.

Cabin quietness has been improved thanks to a reduction of frame vibration. AC upgrades for the second row help provide a more comfortable ride. Four exterior colours are available for the new Patrol Nismo, namely White Pearl, Black Solid, Grey and Silver metallic colours.

    Driver assistance systems

The new Patrol NISMO is equipped with the Nissan Intelligent Mobility (NIM) technologies. The latest additions include Intelligent Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Intelligent Forward Collision Warning, Smart Rear View Mirror and a High Beam Assist.

    Tuned by Takumi craftsmen team

The Patrol NISMO’s V8 petrol engine produces 319 kW and 560 Nm. The SUV’s tuned suspension features Bilstein shock absorbers, which provide a sportier and improved handling. The adoption of a large thermal capacity has resulted in an improved braking performance, while the body structure enforcement allows for better handling at high speeds.

Sadly, the new Nissan Patrol NISMO will only be sold in the Middle East.
