A few years ago Great Wall Motors collaborated with 4×4 specialist Yunliang to create a rugged off-roader concept bakkie dubbed P-Series Black Bullet which was later unveiled at the 2019 Beijing Auto Show.

    Rugged exterior design

The P-Series Black Bullet boasts an off-road ready design thanks to new rugged front and rear bumpers with towing hooks and orange accents, flared guards, rugged side steps, a snorkel, revised bonnet, BFGoodrich 285/70R17 KO2 all-terrain tyres and large sporty roll bars to name a few.

    Premium interior design

Inside, the Black Bullet looks premium thanks to two-tone leather seats with orange contrast stitching and a mountain emblem embossed on the dashboard board, and each seat.

    Mechanical upgrades

According to Car Expert the P-Series Black Bullet has a widened wheel track and a 51 mm increase in height is achieved thanks to an ATLAS adjustable nitro-charged suspension setup. The Black Bullet is also equipped with Eaton differential lockers.

Judging by the amount of GWM P-Series’ we’ve seen on our roads, we have no doubt that the P-Series Black Bullet will be a local hit should it be confirmed for SA.
