    Jaguar Land Rover South Africa is has announced the appointment of Nomaswazi Nkosi to the role of Public Relations Specialist. Nomaswazi takes over the position from Izak Louw, who will return to Product and Pricing.

    She holds a BA Journalism degree from the University of Johannesburg and a BPhil Journalism degree from Stellenbosch University. Her passion for social justice fostered by her years working as a newspaper reporter, also saw Nomaswazi pursuing a MA in Applied Human Rights at Sheffield Hallam University in Sheffield, England which she completed in 2020. On her return to South Africa, she took up the position as accounts director at explain.co.za, a news and communication agency, before joining Jaguar Land Rover South Africa.

    Nomaswazi has a background in the media industry, having started her career in print journalism at the Sowetan before moving on to Pretoria News to take up the position as a multimedia reporter. She then shifted her focus to digital media by joining Ndalo Media as a senior content producer and was instrumental in launching Mentorfeed, a website aimed at providing mentorship solutions for aspiring and rising entrepreneurs.
